Quick answer

Sri City is a private, 7,500-acre industrial township near the Andhra Pradesh-Tamil Nadu border. More than 260 companies from 31 countries operate there, including Isuzu, Colgate-Palmolive, Kobelco and Hero MotoCorp. The township secured ₹20,250 crore of fresh investment in 2025. New projects include a Rolls-Royce-linked aerospace facility and a ₹5,000 crore LG Electronics plant.

Overbuilt builds B2B sites for local vendors and precision suppliers. The agreed pages, platform, price and schedule are written down before work starts.

Sri City's economy: a private, multinational-anchored industrial township

Sri City runs on named global tenants, not a generic "SEZ" label.

Sri City is a private special economic zone of about 7,500 acres. It combines an SEZ, a domestic tariff zone, a free-trade zone and an electronics cluster. It also has its own local governing authority. Major tenants include Isuzu Motors and Colgate-Palmolive's first Indian toothbrush plant. Kobelco built its 20,000th excavator here in 2025.

Mondelez, PepsiCo and Kellogg's are part of a large FMCG cluster that had committed close to $1 billion by 2016.

The township drew ₹20,250 crore across 43 investment deals in 2025. Newer projects include an aerospace facility from Nasmyth/Sigma Advanced Systems, which is linked to Rolls-Royce. LG Electronics has announced a ₹5,000 crore plant, while Carrier Global has announced a $100 million project.

Sri City's district identity has changed more than once. It moved from Chittoor district to Tirupati district in 2022, followed by more boundary changes in December 2025. A dispute over the local planning authority is also still open. These changes do not alter the business address: Sri City remains the clear and stable place name.

What a Sri City business actually needs from its website

The big-name anchor tenants are not Overbuilt's realistic customer - the businesses around them are.

Isuzu, Colgate-Palmolive and LG Electronics already have global corporate sites. Overbuilt is a better fit for the smaller vendors that supply them. These firms need B2B sites with clear capability pages, certificates and RFQ forms. The site must help a global buying team check the supplier quickly.

Aerospace and precision suppliers face a higher trust test. Their sites should explain process controls, quality systems and relevant certificates in plain language. International buyers must be able to verify the firm's skills and standards.

A local business also benefits from using "Sri City" as a clear and stable address, even when district labels change. Smaller shed tenants, hotels and services for the township's students and staff need a simpler site. Their focus is local trade, so they do not need the depth of an export site.

What Sri City's web design listings tend to miss

Unlike most cities in this project, there is no real local competitor market here at all.

A direct search found no web agency based inside Sri City. The closest general providers are in Chittoor and Tirupati, more than 70 kilometres away. One page marketed for nearby Nellore lists its real address in Ahmedabad. None of these pages discusses Sri City's SEZ model, named anchor firms or new aerospace work.

The useful test is simple. Can the developer explain the needs of an anchor-plant vendor or a precision exporter? In Sri City, that industry knowledge matters because there is no clear local alternative.

What to put on a Sri City supplier website

A buyer should be able to check the basics before making contact.

Start with the parts made, materials used, plant capacity and markets served. Give each major process a short page in plain language. Keep certificate names and current PDF files easy to find. State the industries served and the regions the firm can ship to.

Photos of the real plant, team and finished work add more value than stock images.

The RFQ form can ask for drawings, expected volume and the required date. Sensitive files need a safe upload route and a clear privacy note. Each enquiry should reach a named person who can reply. Smaller local firms can use the same plan at a lighter scale.

They may need only services, proof, location, hours and one simple contact form.

Questions

Questions about working with Overbuilt

How much does a website cost for a Sri City business?
Overbuilt's projects start from ₹8,000 for a genuinely small, focused website. A static or starter site typically runs ₹8,000-₹35,000, a WordPress business site ₹20,000-₹1,00,000, and an ecommerce build ₹35,000-₹2,50,000, depending on the pages, content and integrations your specific business actually needs.
Do you have an office in Sri City?
No. Overbuilt works remotely across India, including Sri City, with discovery, review and handover done over call, WhatsApp and email. An in-person meeting can be arranged when it is genuinely useful and both sides agree it adds real value.
Can you build a B2B site for a vendor supplying a Sri City anchor plant?
Yes. That kind of site is built around capability statements, certifications and a request-for-quote or enquiry form aimed at a multinational procurement audience.
Can you build a site for a precision-engineering or aerospace supplier?
Yes. That kind of site is built to represent process certification and quality-system credibility to international supply-chain buyers running real diligence.
Does the website support Telugu or Tamil?
English and Hindi/Hinglish are both things Overbuilt can currently deliver for a Sri City business. Telugu and Tamil are not something Overbuilt delivers today, so neither is promised on the page or in the build.
