What does the entry price include?+
It is Overbuilt's entry point for a genuinely small, clearly defined website requirement, not a universal package. Pages, content, design, features, revisions and handover are confirmed in a written quote before work begins.
Why can two website quotes be so different?+
The visible page count may be similar while content work, custom design, integrations, revisions, testing, licences and ownership handover differ. Compare the written scope and recurring costs before comparing only the total.
Do you charge tax?+
Overbuilt is a small owner-run practice owner-run, so invoices go out with the agreed project total shown clearly top. The price you agree is the price you pay. If you specifically need a specific accounting format, mention it upfront and we'll be honest about fit.
Are domain, hosting and paid plugins included?+
The written quote states what is included and what the business pays directly. Domain, hosting, business email and platform accounts should normally remain in the business's own name.
Is maintenance compulsory?+
No. The website build and ongoing maintenance are separate decisions. Any recommended support, responsibility and monthly or annual cost are stated separately.
How does payment work?+
A common structure is 10% on quote approval, 50% after the initial direction is approved and 40% before handover. Larger projects may use additional milestones. The exact schedule is written into the quote.
