Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business details and the message you provide. Basic server logs may record technical information such as an IP address, browser and request time for security, reliability and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to understand your requirement, reply to you, prepare a proposal, provide an agreed service and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored on the website hosting account and may be delivered to the Overbuilt business email. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to respond or maintain the service. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely risk-free.

Technical storage and optional analytics

The website uses necessary session and language-preference storage for form security and site operation. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity remain off until you select “Accept analytics.” If accepted, these services may process page views, device and browser details, approximate location, interactions and session diagnostics to produce website-usage reports. Advertising personalisation, Google signals and advertising storage remain disabled in this implementation. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage and can be changed using “Privacy choices” in the footer.

Google and Microsoft operate independently under their own terms and privacy documentation. Overbuilt’s use of analytics reports does not give it access to your Google or Microsoft account identity. You can decline optional analytics and continue using the website.

Retention and your choices

Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, any resulting project, legal obligations, security or dispute handling. You may ask for access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing hello@overbuilt.in. A request may require reasonable identity verification.
